and today.. i shall write an IOU that will make 2 people very happy for the rest of their lives. i havent wrote it yet, but when i do i ll let the whole world see it. there will be a few witnesses to go with, too!

if joce-lyn does not stick to the above mentioned, ms chua man jing (NIRC number here) and ms jaymie ng (NIrc number here) will then be 2 very lucky people
For the
rest of their lives,
[x] they'll each receive 1.5K per month, 18k per annum as pocket money
[x] they get free lodging. a room each.
[x] utility bills taken care of.
[x] a sub card! 1k monthly waiver off total bills. bwahahhhahaha
[x] a 1.5K furniture grant (one time)
If i fail to adhere to my words, or not pay them their pocket money (more than 1 mth late) then they can wave this piece of paper infront of a judge! sue me, sue me till im declared bankrupt! gurl goes bankrupt coz of ______! heh.
